    All quotes provided are based on the information you supply about your vehicle. The price quoted over the phone or via our online form is guaranteed, provided the vehicle matches the description given. Payment is made at the point of collection via cash or bank transfer.

    4. Vehicle Ownership

    By requesting our services, you confirm that you are the legal owner of the vehicle or have the legal authority to arrange its disposal. You must provide valid identification and, where available, the V5C registration document. We reserve the right to refuse collection if ownership cannot be satisfactorily verified.

    5. Collection

    We will make every effort to collect your vehicle on the same day or at an agreed time. Collection times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control. You are responsible for ensuring the vehicle is accessible for collection at the agreed location.

    6. DVLA Notification

    We will notify the DVLA of the change of ownership and disposal of your vehicle. You will receive confirmation once this has been completed. It is your responsibility to ensure your vehicle insurance is cancelled separately.

    7. Cancellations

    You may cancel a booking at any time before collection by calling us on 07414 292601. Once a vehicle has been collected and payment made, the transaction is final.

    8. Limitation of Liability

    While we take every care in providing our services, Scrap My Car Instantly shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the vehicle.
